1. Who we are

Grand Estates 500 is operated by Alice Baskous ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service you ("you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. The service

Grand Estates 500 is a curated discovery feed of mansions, estates, and land listings worldwide priced under $500,000. Listings are aggregated from third-party sources and provided for informational purposes only. We are not a real estate broker or agent and do not facilitate transactions.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) engage in fraud or spam; (c) infringe intellectual property rights; (d) attempt to interfere with the security of the service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping; or (e) misrepresent your identity.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, branding, and curated content, is owned by Alice Baskous and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

6. Subscriptions, payment & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please see Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

7. Service availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Listing data is sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the service ends. You may cancel and delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
