We want you to be happy with your subscription to Grand Estates 500. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Contact us through the in-app support channel and we'll help you initiate the refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
